The Mansour Festival is back from 20–23 November at Yas Gateway Park, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, offering an even bigger and better experience than before. Terms & Conditions
Ticketing:
- The General Admission ticket grants access to the Festival only; it does not grant exclusive access to paid activities or workshops within the festival grounds. POD visitors will enter free of charge with a valid POD Card
- Companions will be required to purchase a ticket at full price. Children named Mansour and Shamma will receive free entry, limited to the first 500 per day and valid only with a UAE Emirates ID. Age 2 and below is granted free entry. All ticket holders must validate their tickets at the venue entrance gates. The ticket is only valid for the specific date shown. All attendees aged 2 years and above will require a ticket to enter the venue. Tickets must be presented at the entrance for admission. All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older. A ticket office will be available on-site for any last-minute ticket purchases or assistance. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and are for your personal use only. Reselling tickets or attempting to resell at a price above face value may result in confiscation of the ticket. The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute activities and/or vary advertised programmes without prior notice.
Entry & Re-entry:
- Re-entry on the same day will not be allowed.
Cancellation or Postponement:
- Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser in the event of cancellation or postponement.
Conduct & Compliance:
- The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to sharp items, weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
- The organiser reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
- Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of tickets may result in denial of admission or removal from the Festival grounds.
- The event organisers reserve the right to take further action if deemed necessary.
- Bags larger than 30x30x15cm and professional cameras (besides accredited media) are not permitted inside, and no storage or cloakroom facilities will be provided.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Refrain from participating in physical activities while wearing traditional clothing
Food & Drinks:
- No outside food or drinks besides water are allowed. However, various food and beverages will be available for purchase within the festival grounds.
Accessibility:
- Access is available for People of Determination
Photography & Videography:
- By entering the venue, guests agree that they may be filmed and/or photographed in content used for future marketing purposes. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for your appearance at the Event or subsequent use of your appearance in the Materials.
- Accredited media and professional photographers must register with the festival organizers in advance and wear official media credentials at all times.
Additional notes:
- This is a 100% cashless festival. All payments must be made via card or mobile payment methods.
Health & Safety:
- Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols in place during the event.
- Some attractions have age, height, or weight restrictions for your safety.
- Please observe all posted signs and warning notices before entering any attraction.
- Please be aware that strobe lighting is in use within this event.
- Please be aware that fireworks will be displayed, which may produce loud noises.
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- All children under 16 will be provided with a wristband with their parent or guardian’s contact info. This is mandatory to join the fun!
